Our Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea J. White as our new President and CEO, effective October 19.
Andrea is the first woman to serve as President and CEO at Naveo and succeeds long-time CEO, Rui F. Domingos, who resigned earlier this year.
Andrea joins Naveo after serving as Senior Vice President of Community Banking at Freedom National Bank in Rhode Island. With an expansive banking background, Andrea is an accomplished professional who brings extensive leadership experience with a commitment to a collaborative work environment and community engagement. Andrea excels in planning and executing growth strategies designed to meet the changing needs of a diverse member community. As an active participant in the community, Andrea has served on the Board of Directors at the Whitin Community Center and has been engaged in the Rhode Island market with a commitment to investing in community growth through collaboration with Local, State and Governmental programs that provide opportunities and support to individuals and small businesses.
Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing from North Adams State College and earned her MBA from Nichols College.

In her spare time, Andrea enjoys cooking for family and friends, cycling, skiing and relaxing with her two Old English Sheepdogs.
